Corteza Woodwork Company started operating as a millwork installation company in 2019, the latest chapter of a journey that began in 1996, working as a carpenter remodeling restaurants and nightclubs in the Miami Beach area.

The experience gathered during those years in different areas of the industry includes:

• Owning and operating a woodshop, fabricating and installing custom millwork.

• Retail construction for worldwide apparel brands, including installation of casework, millwork, metal framing, drywall, light plumbing, and electrical work.

• Millwork and casework installation for science labs and scientific research spaces.

• Commercial millwork installation in casinos, hotels, and corporate headquarters.

• A total of more than 18 years of managing and supervising numerous projects across the country, such as:

  • MGM National Harbor Casino and Resort - Forest Heights, Maryland.

  • Margaritaville Resort - Hollywood, Florida.

  • Center For Disease Control - Atlanta, Georgia.

  • Victoria’s Secret, GAP, and Banana Republic stores nationwide.

  • Sports Arenas, City Libraries, Country Clubs, among others.
